Welcome to "Suffering in Silence" Girl Talk 2024

We're excited to return to the city of Tyler, TX for another great opportunity to collaborate with great hearts and minds as we talk about the stigma behind "silence". This year's "Suffering in Silence" Girl Talk aims to create a safe and supportive space for our women as well as the total family. That's right, we've invited our men; young adults, and leaders to join us for the first time as we work together to bring harmony and peace into our homes, and individual spaces.

During our time together our panelist will share their experiences and struggles while highlighting the importance of open communication and creating healthy bonds that create opportunities for better understanding. This gathering will focus on breaking the stigma surrounding mental health issues, encouraging participants to voice their feelings, and fostering a sense of community.

Girl Talk will also serve as a networking platform for young women to connect, foster friendships, and build support systems that extend beyond the event.

Speakers

We will feature a panel of inspiring guest speakers, including professional family advocate consultants, healthcare professionals etc. who will share their insights on the challenges families face and the importance of seeking help. Their personal stories will resonate with attendees and encourage them to realize they are not alone in their struggles. An open forum will be shared to allow attendees an opportunity to share their stories in a judgment-free environment. This segment will facilitate honest conversations about challenges, the pressure to appear "perfect," and the importance of reaching out for help.
