• Vendor Load-in: October 7th, Friday 10am-4pm. Please complete your set-up by 4pm. Stop at the front desk in the Center Hall to obtain your booth assignment.

• Vendor Load-Out: October 8th, Saturday 4pm-6pm

• Vendor Badges: This show offers free admission so vendors do not need vendor badges to gain access to the exhibit hall during event hours.

1. Final booth payments are due. Please call 208-376-0464 to make payments.
2. Booth spaces includes pipe & drape. Make sure to bring your own tables and chairs OR contact us for rentals.
3. If you ordered power, please bring an extension cord and power strip. Call us today with any orders. No helium balloons are allowed.
4. Concessions are available during show hours.
5. Wifi Password will be provided at check-in.
6. Parking - Vendor parking on Friday is located in the rear lot behind the expo buildings. Additional staff parking on Saturday is free in the main Expo Idaho parking.

VIP BAGS

We are excited to offer VIP Bags this year to an exclusive 50 attendees. If you'd like to be included in the VIP bags by donating samples, goodies, coupons, etc. please let us know asap. Donations are due not later than September 26th.
