Dear FETCH a Cure family,

On this Giving Tuesday, I’m reaching out with gratitude—and hope. Every day, we meet families facing some of the most frightening moments of their lives. A devastating diagnosis. An unexpected vet bill. A pet they love deeply, but aren’t sure they can save.

The need this year has grown beyond anything we expected. More families than ever have reached out for help caring for their pets, and we refuse to turn them away. A record breaking 131 pets have received almost $270,000 in life saving treatment- with applications coming in every single day.

Pets like Rainbow, who was diagnosed with a rare cancer, transmissible venereal tumor (TVT) at just one year old. And the road to her diagnosis was anything but easy. Rainbow’s fight began early with over a year of veterinary visits trying to find answers.

But her family never gave up.

Kaitlyn and Patrick, a photographer and teacher, put everything they had into Rainbow’s care, never turning away as the cancer spread and ultimately required Rainbow to lose her right eye, and then her left, and round after round of chemotherapy.

But they still didn’t give up. In January of this year Kaitlyn and Patrick found FETCH a Cure and applied for assistance through our Companions in Crisis program, where we were thrilled to provide funding assistance for Rainbow to get the next level of treatment that she needed- radiation. Now, almost a year later, Rainbow gets to be home with her beloved family for the holiday season- exactly where she belongs.

Because of donors like you, pets receive lifesaving care, families stay together, and hope appears right when it’s needed most.

Today, I’m asking you to continue that impact with a Giving Tuesday gift. Dr. Brendan Boostrom and his wife Amanda have generously agreed to match the next $1,000 in donations that come in. No matter the

size, your support becomes second chances for the pets who depend on us. Help us make sure every pet is home for the holidays this season.

Thank you for opening your heart today—and every day.

With gratitude,
