Proposed Design Guideline Changes
Valley Ranch Association is proposing changes to the Design Guidelines to be approved by the Architectural Review Committee and Master Board of Directors at a Board meeting in August.
Residents commented they want to see updated guidelines and stronger community standards to improve the quality of Valley Ranch. The proposed updates are to provide clarity, balance modernization for current materials and sustainability, as well as respect and support the long-term property values in our established 40+ year old properties.
