The Giving Hearts Community Closet Needs Your Support

Northside and The Giving Hearts Community Closet helps people who are struggling with challenges such as lack of housing, job loss, mental health, and other issues. Your individual donations allow us to help people and families in ways that funders and program designers might not have considered.

By donating to the Giving Heaths Community Closet you will help feed families, keep the homeless warm, provide daily hygiene items, and provide essential supplies for new mothers.

DONATIONS NEEDED

(Gently Used or New)

Food - Canned fruits & vegetables, canned meats (tuna, chicken, turkey, beef, vienna sausage, sardines etc.) spaghetti, milk & juices, mash potato's

Paper Goods: Toilet paper, tissue, paper towels, kitchen trash bags

Personal/Essential Hygiene Items - (men, women & children): Body wash & bar soap, lotion, toothpaste, toothbrushes, mouthwash, body lotion, shampoo conditioner, hand sanitizer, shaving kits, comb & brush sets, incontinence supplies and period products

Clothing - Men, Women & Children (all sizes): Pants, dresses, underwear, shirts, shoes, coats, hats, gloves

Baby Items (all sizes): Diapers/pampers, baby wipes, washcloths, onesies, undershirt, pajamas, sleepers, socks/booties, snow suit, baby bottles comb & brush sets, receiving blankets.

Baby Food Items: (non expired)



Linen: New sheets, bedspreads, throws, blankets, towels, hand and washcloths, pillows and pillowcases

Miscellaneous: Flashlights, batteries sleeping bags
