Hi Jodi,
Even though no family is perfect, for many of us Thanksgiving brings warm thoughts and memories associated with delicious dinners and special times together. Spending time with Russian orphans years ago exponentially increased my gratitude for the opportunity I had to grow up in a loving, Christian family. God used my experiences to prompt me to take a step that was the beginning of a beautiful winding ministry journey on which He continues to lead me 20 years later.
Earlier this month, for Stand Sunday, my home church celebrated 20 years of God’s faithfulness through our vulnerable child ministry, Families of Promise, and the culture of caring for vulnerable children that exists throughout our church family and ministries today.
I am grateful that in a more recent part of my journey, God connected me with all of you! While He has each of us on our own unique path, He has caused our paths to converge for this special season of multiplication through Hephzibah62:4. As we look back with gratitude on all He has done let’s also look forward in prayer and anticipation of what He wants to do in and through us on this shared path. Reach out anytime to explore how we can most effectively partner together.
Thanksgiving blessings,
Jodi
