This holiday season, we would like to express our deepest gratitude to you, the supporters of America’s Flagship.

With your help the “We Are the United States ” campaign has raised over $325,000 to date, allowing us to keep the SS United States safely afloat, continue our work to secure a permanent location for the nation’s sole remaining ocean liner, and preserve and celebrate the legacy of this iconic vessel. None of this would be possible without your generous support, and your commitment to spreading the word about the Big U.

The SS United State s remains a moving symbol of what we can accomplish when we come together as a nation. We are deeply grateful for your continued partnership

The Conservancy’s regional chapters play a vital role in recruiting new members, raising funds, and spreading local awareness of the SS United States . Earlier this month, the New York Chapter proudly represented America’s Flagship by marching in New York City’s Veterans Day Parade , honoring the brave men and women who serve our nation.

We extend our sincere thanks to New York Chapter co-chairs Paul Stipkovich and Glenn Lappin for coordinating this fantastic event. On behalf of the Chapter, we also offer a special thank you to Ralph Casado, Robin Lampert, Byron Huart, Keith Lappin, Mike St. Amour and Valarie D’Elia for their extra special assistance!
