In 2024, the number of groups serving through VIS is up 54%! Groups include adults and youth who LIVE GENEROUSLY by making a positive impact in our community in the name of Christ! Through VIS, volunteers LIVE GENEROUSLY by offering support to others without expecting anything in return.
Nancy was worried about how to take care of her basic needs after an upcoming foot surgery. A Bible study group from a local church chose to LIVE GENEROUSLY and surround Nancy with God’s love. For three months, the ladies brought Nancy hot meals, grocery shopped for her, and helped with household chores and laundry. Most importantly, they built a relationship with Nancy and witnessed Christ’s love for her through their actions.
