It has been a scary time for us. My mom is too sick to care for my sisters and me, she had to go into drug rehabilitation and we are in foster care.
But I got lucky. Dan came to meet with me and has changed my life.

Dan is my court appointed volunteer advocate . He is my voice in the community and in court. Dan makes sure that everyone making decisions about my life knows the details of my life. He makes sure they know ME.
But not everyone is as lucky as I am, and that's why I'm writing to you.
When you make a donation to Child Advocates of SW Connecticut in support of Giving Tuesday, you'll help provide vital support for CAC volunteer recruitment, training and supervision by CAC's professional staff. CAC volunteer advocates will ensure the voices of abused and neglected children are heard.

Please support CAC on #Giving Tuesday
Now, with passage of new Connecticut legislation and with your support, every abused or neglected child can be helped by a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA)
