Now that we have entered our new Jewish year of 5785, I want to extend my heartfelt wishes for a sweet and meaningful year ahead.
In Judaism, the High Holiday season is more than the beginning of a new year; it offers an opportunity for spiritual clarity and personal growth. It’s a time to reconnect with our core values and reflect on how we impact the world around us. Giving of ourselves and our resources is a fundamental part of living a righteous life. The Torah emphasizes tzedakah—charitable giving—as a way to bring justice and compassion into our communities.
This year, in particular, has been a profound reminder of our shared responsibility. The horrific events of 10/7 left a deep scar on every one of us and will undoubtedly continue to shape our Jewish experience in the world. As we move forward, and look ahead, let us focus on how our philanthropy can honor our experiences and reflect our enduring values.
May this year bring you and your loved ones renewed hope, joy, and fulfillment.
Thank you for your continued commitment to The Foundation and for making a meaningful difference in our community.
