Seasons greetings from
ENTERPRISE
for YOUTH
Giving back in honor of those who helped us along the way.
Dear Supporters of Enterprise for Youth,
It’s that time of year where we take stock and show gratitude. There’s no better time to live the theme of our fall campaign, “Giving back in honor of those who helped us along the way.” At Enterprise for Youth, we’re excited to have had such a successful 2018: we had a 62% increase in job internship placements this summer, we launched our first Heroes at Work event, we expanded partnerships with existing employers, and cultivated new relationships providing Enterprise youth with job training, internships, and even college credit. These programs and opportunities help give youth a competitive advantage as they enter the working world. I can’t think of a better way to demonstrate thankfulness and gratitude than by donating to Enterprise for Youth.
I donate to Enterprise because I can see the direct relationship between giving and growing. Watching youth blossom and flourish through our programs and real-life work experience is truly a joy. I am so grateful to be a part of Enterprise for Youth.

Meet Jada, who turned her
internship into a scholarship.
Jada and Enterprise for Youth founder, Glady Thacher at The 2018 San Francisco Fall Art & Antiques Show.
When Jada started high school, she was checked out, skipping class, and getting into trouble. But during her sophomore year, she found an Enterprise flyer and something clicked. She went on to complete two internships—the first as a Junior Caddie, the second at Fort Mason Center for the Arts. Through the Junior Caddie program, she was awarded her first college scholarship. “Throughout my high school experience with Enterprise, people have always been there to help,” she said. Jada is the youngest of five and the first in her family to go on to college. She is currently a sophomore at University of San Francisco, studying psychology.
Your gift to Enterprise for Youth goes
directly to support youth like Jada.
