Dear Fellows:

GivingTuesday kicks off the traditional charitable giving season, and we invite you to celebrate with us. The Foundation has set an ambitious goal of raising a total of $460,000 for our year-end campaign to raise funds for our grant programs. To those who have already made your (tax deductible!) donations for 2024, our heartfelt thanks. To those who have not, our fundraising deadline is December 31st.

This year, the American College of Bankruptcy and the American College of Bankruptcy Foundation awarded 49 pro bono grants, totaling $599,050 to legal services organizations located in 18 states, plus the District of Columbia. We also awarded $56,000 in DEI grants to five organizations. All of this was possible due to the generosity of our College Fellows. We hope you will support the Foundation so that it can continue to make an impact in 2025.

We respectfully request that you consider giving a minimum according to the following guidelines:

• Business Bankruptcy Lawyers: your hourly rate (e.g., $500-1,500 or more)
• Financial Advisors and Investment Bankers: $500-1,500 or more
• Consider joining the "Four Figure Club" by giving at least $1000
• Others: please give as you are able

We publicly and gratefully recognize ALL donors to the Foundation on an individual basis in our periodic publications and website.
