Protect Your Home and Legacy: Free Legal Help for Eligible Homeowners in Palm Beach County


The goal of the Heirs’ Property Family Wealth Protection Fund project is to preserve generational wealth and promote community stability by providing legal services to eligible homeowners, such as the creation of estate plans, wills, deeds, and the clearing of tangled property titles. All services will be 100% free of cost to eligible property owners.


WHEN: Services will be available through September 30, 2026, or until funds are expended, whichever occurs first.

Become a Fair House Tester and Receive a Stipend!


Why Should You Be A Tester? Testers help fight housing discrimination. You will be helping people live where they choose. Your work will help ensure that landlords and property owners follow the law. Testers complete detailed reports on their experience for the Fair Housing Project at the Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach County. Compensation: $25 Training Stipend and $55-$75 Stipend for Each Test Completed.
