Glades PATCH Meeting
The Glades PATCH (Planned Approach To Community Health) is a program designed to help the community evaluate, plan and implement health education and disease prevention and intervention programs. PATCH helps promote the health of the community to include the social, emotional and physical well-being of its citizens. PATCH is a partnership of concerned citizens and organizations. This partnership provides a forum for identifying health problems affecting the community and mobilizing the community to plan, conduct and evaluate intervention services. Grant Opportunity: Allegany Franciscan Tau Grant
The first cycle of Tau Grants this year will support outreach for the 2020 Census for organizations, programs, or initiatives working in targeted communities that have historically low rates of participation in the Census. Requests up to $10,000 will be considered. Organizations must have an annual operating budget of $2 million or less to be eligible for a Tau Grant. Allegany invites organizations that are interested in applying to attend a webinar.
