Election Day - 2026 Primary Election
The 2026 Primary Election is tomorrow, Tuesday, August 18! Polls are open 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. You must vote at your assigned Election Day polling place. Make sure to bring a current and valid photo and signature ID. Have a Vote-by-Mail ballot? Return it to a Supervisor of Elections office or vote in person. On Election Day, Vote-by-Mail ballots must be returned by 5:00 p.m. to a Branch Office or Secure Ballot Intake Station, or by 7:00 p.m. to their Main Office to be counted.

2026 Overdose Prevention Webinar Series
Webinar #3 Complicated Grief: Understanding and Support After Substance Use Loss. All grief is complex, but for those who experience a loss due to substance use, the lived experience they and their loved one endured increase their risk of developing Prolonged Grief Disorder (PGD). This presentation by Palm Beach County Fire Rescue explores the unique factors that individuals and families face after experiencing the death of a loved one due to overdose or complications of substance use, learn approaches to substance use bereavement care and tools to support that may help grieving individuals and families reduce their risk of developing Prolonged Grief Disorder and find comforting spaces to honor their loved one.

The National Resource Center on Domestic Violence (NRCDV) will host this 90-minute interactive webinar to discuss the barriers male survivors of intimate partner violence encounter when seeking support, and the assumptions - spoken and unspoken - that keep advocates and agencies from recognizing them. Participants will build a shared understanding of how these assumptions show up in our work, along with practical first steps toward more welcoming services. This session is designed for domestic violence advocates and direct service staff, with time throughout for questions and discussion.

Free Legal Assistance for Eligible Palm Beach County Homeowners – The Deadline is Approaching!
The goal of the Heirs’ Property Family Wealth Protection Fund project is to preserve generational wealth and promote community stability by providing legal services to eligible homeowners, such as the creation of estate plans, wills, deeds, and the clearing of tangled property titles. All services will be 100% free of cost to eligible property owners.

Enroll for Phlebotomy Technician Training Course at PBSC
This course is designed for the individual seeking a healthcare credential in the field of Phlebotomy. Participants will gain the knowledge and laboratory skills to perform a variety of blood collection methods and techniques required to become a phlebotomist. Classroom and skills laboratory instruction will also include a basic review of concepts related to anatomy and physiology, medical terminology, infection control, handling, and storage. Upon completion of this course participants will be prepared to take the Certified Phlebotomy Technician certification and earn the CPT credential.
