Students, Submit Drawing for Palm Beach United Way's School Drive Logo Contest
Students can submit a drawing depicting the Town of Palm Beach United Way’s annual School Supply Drive. The design will appear on next year’s School Supply Drive webpage, flyers, print advertising and social media. The winning student will also receive a $200 Amazon Gift Card. To participate, students 18 years and under must submit their original drawing with a brief description of what they created and why. They must also include their age, what school they attend, and their contact information (phone, email and address).

Register for Trauma Informed Care 101 Training
There is no cost associated with this presentation. 2 CE credits will be offered. Children who experience trauma are at increased risk for long-term challenges with physical health, emotions, behavior, and learning. Fortunately, professionals can help mitigate these effects by fostering resilience and building trauma-informed environments. In this training, we will clarify common trauma terms and distinguish between traumatic events and how individuals experience them. Enroll for Phlebotomy Technician Training Course at PBSC
This course is designed for the individual seeking a healthcare credential in the field of Phlebotomy. Participants will gain the knowledge and laboratory skills to perform a variety of blood collection methods and techniques required to become a phlebotomist. Classroom and skills laboratory instruction will also include a basic review of concepts related to anatomy and physiology, medical terminology, infection control, handling, and storage. Upon completion of this course participants will be prepared to take the Certified Phlebotomy Technician certification and earn the CPT credential.

Protect Your Home and Legacy: Free Legal Help for Eligible Homeowners in Palm Beach County
The goal of the Heirs’ Property Family Wealth Protection Fund project is to preserve generational wealth and promote community stability by providing legal services to eligible homeowners, such as the creation of estate plans, wills, deeds, and the clearing of tangled property titles. All services will be 100% free of cost to eligible property owners.

Becoming a partner of the Town of Palm Beach United Way allows nonprofit agencies to receive annual program funding, and the credibility that comes with their brand. Nonprofits must become Town of Palm Beach United Way partners before applying for program funding. Partnership status is reviewed annually and is granted at the sole discretion of the Town of Palm Beach United Way. Please see eligibility and process overview below.

Mothers in the Muck Presents: Biweekly Diaper Distribution Program
Starting this month, Mothers in the Muck be alternating between BRIDGES at Pahokee and BRIDGES at Belle Glade to help families access essential baby supplies while staying connected to community support and resources. 2026 Overdose Prevention Webinar Series
Webinar #3 Complicated Grief: Understanding and Support After Substance Use Loss. All grief is complex, but for those who experience a loss due to substance use the lived experienced they and their loved one endured increases their risk of developing Prolonged Grief Disorder (PGD). This presentation by Palm Beach County Fire Rescue explores the unique factors that individuals and families face after experiencing the death of a loved one due to overdose or complications of substance use, learn approaches to substance use bereavement care and tools to support that may help grieving individuals and families reduce their risk of developing Prolonged Grief Disorder and find comforting spaces to honor their loved one.

Centro Campesino Presents: Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP)
The Weatherization Assistance Program is intended to reduce the monthly energy burden on low-income households by improving the energy efficiency of the home. This service is provided at no cost to eligible Low-income homeowners or tenants. Weatherization includes: repair or replace of heating/cooling units and water heaters, installation of solar screens, and more. Eligible Applicants: The total household income may not be more than 200 percent above the national poverty level.

Free Peer Grief Support Groups for Children & Adults
Children's Bereavement Center provides free grief support groups to children, teens, young adults, and adults who have experienced the death of a loved one. They also provide grief-Informed Training series that are offered to professionals in the community working with Palm Beach County Schools. The series is online either live on Zoom or on demand--please contact them for more information.
