Your Health Matters - Health Literacy Workshop Series HEALTHMATTERS
Health Literacy is the ability a person has that helps them find, manage, understand, and use basic health information and services to make appropriate health decisions. Topics include: Your Healthcare, Your Doctor, Your Medicine, Nutrition, and Staying Healthy. Open to all.  18+participants should attend all three sessions. This workshop is in English, contact us to schedule a workshop in Spanish.

"The Biggest Little Farm" is a delightful and uplifting documentary film that follows two dreamers and a dog on an odyssey to bring harmony to their lives and the land.
