Glades Technical Advisory Committee Meeting
Executive Director Perry with the Tourist Development Council of PBC will be providing information on one of the largest showcases of Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) in the nation.
Communications Supervisor Hall and the PBSO team is made up of experienced 9-1-1 professionals that provide community education on the proper use of emergency services. Their presentation focuses on raising awareness about how 9-1-1 works and when to use it.

Palm Beach County Department of Housing and Economic Development announces availability of $2,300,000 in ARPA-RF funds for the Owner-Occupied Housing Rehabilitation Program. Funding will provide up to $100,000 to income-eligible homeowners for substantial rehabilitation to correct code violations or items that will become a code violation. The Palm Beach County Community Services Department, in partnership with Faith In Action PBC, will host a workshop to promote opportunities for faith-based organizations to develop affordable housing on their properties.
The workshop will provide an overview of the new Yes In God’s Back Yard (YIGBY) legislation, outline potential funding strategies, and introduce the concept of a six-month, one-day-per-month cohort that will offer free training and technical assistance throughout the housing development process.
