Grief Through the Holidays - Support and Education for Navigating the Holiday Season
After a loss, the holiday season can be especially difficult during your grief journey. Many of our usual celebrations and traditions may feel challenging. Trustbridge’s Grief Care team offers support and education to help you navigate this holiday season.
This workshop will be providing information on Grief and Loss, and tools for getting through the upcoming holidays after experiencing the loss of a loved one. They will also be providing those in attendance with information on our Hospice and Bereavement services.

Latinx Adults Residing in Rural Florida Are Invited to Participate in DORMIR Study - $150 Compensation
The main purpose of the University of Miami's DORMIR study is to assess how insufficient sleep contributes to negative cardiovascular health outcomes, particularly in rural Floridian communities for their recruitment efforts. These findings can lead to actionable clinical, lifestyle, and policy interventions that can improve the health of the Latino and Latina community. Visits are fully remote. If eligible, up to $150 is available for compensation for participation.
