The Glades Initiative's Food Pantry is available to anyone in need. Residents may come in once per week at any time during the hours listed below. In a “Pantry of Choice”, you choose the foods that you want and need (within guidelines).
Required to participate:
• Valid ID or your Glades Initiative Food Pantry ID
• ONE time per week

This community-based physical activity is a fun, energetic class, with a combination of short resistance and endurance training bursts, followed by recovery periods to give you the ultimate total body workout. This online tool was created to connect individuals seeking food resources to sites near them. Information is English, Spanish, and Creole. United Way updates the information listed on this map weekly. However, locations and hours of distribution may change. Please consider calling the site prior to visiting to verify the information listed. Please note that sites may have specific requirements such as ID.

Youth Services Department Opens 2024 Summer Camp Scholarship Program Provider Applications
The Summer Camp Scholarship Program Provider for summer 2024 is now open for applications until January 5, 2024. The Summer Camp Scholarship Program provides full tuition and fees for summer camp for children residing in families with income at or below 185% of Federal Poverty Guidelines. Fees are paid directly to the camps that enroll the children with scholarships. The scholarship program is funded by the Board of County Commissioners and the Children’s Services Council. Providers can submit an application to the Palm Beach County Youth Services Department to join the approved list of summer camp providers for summer 2024.
