We are currently enrolling bilingual participants in our upcoming Medical Interpreter Training (40 hrs) from  Monday, August 5  th   - Friday, August 9th in Belle Glade!   The flyer and applications are attached. "Living Healthy" Chronic Disease Self-Management LIVINGHEALTHY
 
For adults and seniors living with any chronic condition (heart disease, COPD, asthma, cancer, depression, anxiety, etc.) who want to learn skills and share experiences with peers to improve self-management of disease(s). Family and friends welcome to join as well to build support system. Program presented in English.

Situational Awareness Training for Seniors SENIORS
 
This program is for older adults concerned about personal safety. This 2-hour workshop covers non-contact safety techniques specifically tailored to senior citizens,  designed especially for the elderly individual that cannot or does not want to undertake demanding self-defense training but wants the self-confidence of knowing what to do in a bad situation.
