New Hope Summer Camp provides skill building activities for kids like STEAM, Literacy, arts & crafts, character building. They provide breakfast & lunch & free field trips. High-quality Expanded Learning Opportunities (ELOs) bringing expert-led, hands-on learning to children and youth. Free Summer Lunches for Kids at the Library
Beginning Tue, Jun 02 through Thu, Jul 23, all Library System locations will serve nutritious meals to help keep kids fueled for fun and learning all summer long. Lunch is served Monday through Friday from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm, and afternoon snacks are available from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Snacks are available MON - THU, 1:30 PM - 4:00 PM at Belle Glade, Clarence E. Anthony and Loula V. York Branches. NOFA Emergency Repairs Program Opens June 8th
Palm Beach County Department of Housing and Economic Development announces the availability of approximately $2,300,000 in the State Housing Initiatives Partnership (SHIP) Emergency Repairs Program. Funding will provide up to $75,000 to assist low income eligible owner-occupied residences to address emergency conditions such as roofing, electrical, plumbing, hurricane hardening (impact windows, doors, etc.) and structural repairs for residents age 62 and older, veterans and/or special needs applicants. The property's appraised value cannot exceed $434,000. See below for more information.

Protect Your Home and Legacy: Free Legal Help for Eligible Homeowners in Palm Beach County
The goal of the Heirs’ Property Family Wealth Protection Fund project is to preserve generational wealth and promote community stability by providing legal services to eligible homeowners, such as the creation of estate plans, wills, deeds, and the clearing of tangled property titles. All services will be 100% free of cost to eligible property owners.

Centro Campesino Presents: Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP)
The Weatherization Assistance Program is intended to reduce the monthly energy burden on low-income households by improving the energy efficiency of the home. This service is provided at no cost to eligible Low-income homeowners or tenants. Weatherization includes: repair or replace of heating/cooling units and water heaters, installation of solar screens, and more. Eligible Applicants: The total household income may not be more than 200 percent above the national poverty level.

Call for Volunteers for 2026 Back to School PBC! Event
The Palm Beach County Office of Community Revitalization (OCR) is calling on residents, community partners, and service-minded volunteers to step forward and support the Back to School PBC! 2026 Event. The event will be hosted at multiple locations across Palm Beach County. Volunteers are needed for the event setup on Friday, July 31st, and the event day operations on Saturday, August 1st; with the greatest need for hands-on support during the main day at the Convention Center. Volunteers supporting Saturday’s event must be 18 years of age or older.

Arts In My Back Yard - Family Saturdays In Collaboration with Bridges at Pahokee
July Session: Wings of the Community - For this activity, families will learn about the Giant Kites of Guatemala. After a brief introduction into their artistry and cultural significance, children will plan their own kite designs on paper, then decorate pre-cut kites using watercolors and markers. The program concludes with families flying their finished kites together in an outdoor space.
