Funding Available to Assist Income-Eligible Applicants/Households to Acquire their First Home
Palm Beach County Department of Housing and Economic Development (DEHED) announced the availability of $3,000,000 in the HOME Investment Partnership First-Time Homebuyer Program. Funding will provide up to $100,000 (including acquisition, new construction, down payment, and closing costs) that will be used for the applicants' primary place of residence. Eligible locations and processes when purchasing desired properties will be shared during the orientation. Portal will close once 100 applications have been submitted or on Wednesday, August 20, 2025, at 11:59 p.m.
