PBC Community Offering Air Conditioning (HVAC) Replacement Program to Homeowners


The Crisis Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Replacement Program, 

through LIHEAP (Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program), is working to 

assist low-income, Palm Beach County homeowners in need of replacing their 

home’s HVAC system, with assistance up to $15,000; this money can be used to 

replace their home cooling system.


All applications must be received by June 5, 2025 to ensure all work is completed by June 30, 2025.

This scholarship is open for high school seniors who possess a strong desire for academic advancement to a higher learning institution, exemplifies excellence, leadership, community & peer involvement, and plan on attending ANY Historical Black College University in the country for the Fall 2025-26 school year as a full-time student.
