Glades PATCH Meeting
The Glades PATCH (Planned Approach To Community Health) is a program designed to help the community evaluate, plan and implement health education and disease prevention and intervention programs. PATCH helps promote the health of the community to include the social, emotional and physical well-being of its citizens. PATCH is a partnership of concerned citizens and organizations. This partnership provides a forum for identifying health problems affecting the community and mobilizing the community to plan, conduct and evaluate intervention services. The meeting is open to all who wish to join.

Holiday Festival and Tree-Lighting Nov. 19 at DHCAC
Come out and join Santa, the Young Singers of the Palm Beaches' Choir in the Glades and the Dolly Hand Cultural Arts Center for the Holiday Festival and Tree-Lighting! Public Meeting: Five Year Consolidated Plan 2020-2024
Palm Beach County must prepare a Five Year Consolidated Plan in order to receive certain federal grant funding from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. The Department of Housing and Economic Stability (DHES) will host several public meetings to provide information and to hear from community members.

LORHN is a network of professionals committed to identifying innovative ways to meet the ever-changing needs and demands of its members and provide a structure necessary for rural health providers to collaborate to improve quality, reduce cost, and avoid duplication of services. One area we have identified is a need for broadband services, to provide the structure for the adoption of telehealth services and improve overall work efficiencies of healthcare providers.

211 Help Me Grow Palm Beach/Treasure Coast is part of a state and national program that is designed to identify children at-risk for developmental, behavioral, or social challenges. Parents and caregivers of young children (0 - 8 years) who live in Palm Beach, Martin, Okeechobee, St. Lucie or Indian River counties are eligible to participate in the Help Me Grow program. This free program is designed to support questions and concerns of families, while providing access to resources and supports.
