Team,
I want to let you know that Vice President for Finance and Business Affairs Glen Nelson has announced his plans to pursue an opportunity away from Idaho State. I have greatly appreciated Glen’s dedication to our University since his arrival in 2018. Through his expertise and commitment, we were able to weather financial difficulties brought on by the pandemic, make significant progress towards a new budget model, and gain many operational efficiencies.
I am so appreciative of individuals who dedicate their lives to higher education, and Glen’s dedication has been exemplary. I wish him well as this new opportunity will take him away from Idaho. Glen’s last day at Idaho State will be June 18.
In the coming weeks, we will announce our plans for the position and leadership in the Division of Finance and Business Affairs.
