Night Skies Over Glenmore

June 6, 2026 at 8-10 PM

Glenmore Sports Park


What – Monthly gathering of those with telescopes and those without, who want to learn how to use them to view the dark skies over Glenmore. 


We will be seeking the moon, stars, planets (Jupiter), nebulae, galaxies, and star clusters.


Enjoy Laser Constellation Tours and training on free night sky software such as Stellaruim.


Who – Glenmore residents. Parents of minors should attend with their child.


When – June 6, 2026 at 8PM beginning with a short presentation/instruction. Once per month event when the weather cooperates.


Where – Glenmore Sports Park – PLEASE park with headlights facing AWAY from the Soccer Field.

Telescopes will be provided, but bring your own to learn how to make the most of your stargazing experience.


No reservations necessary.


No cost.
