Glenridge Middle Community Member

This week we come to the end of our 3rd quarter, and head into spring break with a four-day school week. Lion Leader celebrations will take place when we return from spring break.

Thank you to everyone who has contributed to our Lion’s Pride Foundation as we kicked off the campaign last week. If you are still interested in contributing, please use the link below.

Students that earned the mega-blast reward for our fundraiser will celebrate this Thursday. If you are able to help with supervision on the soccer field during the event, please reach out to [email protected]

We also have some exciting events that will occur after school this week. Monday, Ms. Gonzalez will be taking our students to the district chorus competition; Tuesday night, the school board will recognize Ms. Hodges’s theater students that performed their one-act play at the state competition; and then Wednesday our track team will host their first meet against College Park Middle.

When we return from spring break, we will be in our final nine weeks. This will be an extremely busy time for our students and teachers that will include performances, awards celebrations, and academic performance assessments and many more exciting events. It is by far my favorite time of year as a school principal!
