What is the Summit?
Both as an organization and a community, we recognize that now is a time to do something different – to be real with one another. In this Summit we will:
- Explore our collective wisdom and identify our shared values.
- Discuss what we want to keep and what is ready to be let go. We may have differing opinions, so how can we agree to disagree and find a place to come together?
The Voice of New Leaders:
This is a call-to-action for people in the Academy to listen and be heard. We are calling for new leaders to step up and show up and share what’s important to them. Let us discover any biases and have the courage to move from racism, classism, sexism, and all other acts of discrimination and injustice so that KRI, our Academy, and our trainings may truly be welcoming to all.

and thus the agenda for this meeting will be determined by the participants. Any KRI-related topic can be put forth and discussed by any member of our trainer community. The projects and the priorities that emerge from these meetings will guide us moving forward.
So what’s different and what will be the same from previous Forums?
- Global Trainer Forum and Summit: An international and multicultural event, which will be held online via Zoom and Sutra.
- Conscious Contribution: This registration option removes cost as a reason someone cannot participate.
- Translation: We are working hard to have live, simultaneous translation of the sessions so that all people can fully participate.
- Open Space Technology Format: As mentioned, most of the agenda will not be determined ahead of time. Participants will be able to propose topics that are most important to them and engage in critical conversations. This process will begin at the Trainer Forum & Online Summit and continue afterwards.
- Pre-Forum Zoom Calls: These circles will lead up to the Trainer Forum & Online Summit and are an opportunity for trainers to connect, listen, and share in community. Insert link with more info. There are so many emotionally charged issues present in our community right now, these open listening spaces are an important starting point for the Summit. Attending one (or more) of these Zoom calls is certainly not required for participating in the Trainer Forum & Online Summit, but we recommend it.
- Workshops: Specialty workshops will be available for all participants via live and replay.
- Peer to Peer Meetings: This is time for trainers to network with others in their same Academy role. Sutra circles will be organized so participants can schedule calls with the support of KRI.
- Meaningful Connection: Small group check ins will serve to establish connection and set the container for our three days together.
- Regional Conversations: There will be time on day one for participants to meet by region and discuss topics important to them.
We each hold an equally important role and contribution in shaping our future. We know real change is dependent upon accountable actions and the participation of all of us. May we come together for the betterment of our community and world. Please join us in July -
