In partnership with the Connecticut District Export Council, we have created these certificates to promote knowledge about exporting to students who may wish to have this additional skill for their résumés and potential internships. Achieving one or more of these certificates will help prepare students to assist an SME (Small to Medium size Enterprise) to begin or expand their exporting capabilities.

Global Business Programs is excited to share that we are hosting the Global Business Leadership in Sustainability Summit (GBLSS) on Friday, March 25, 2022 from 1 pm to 4pm at UConn’s School of Business on the Storrs Campus. (BHRI is co-sponsoring) This one day event will leverage existing sustainability initiatives ongoing at the University of Connecticut School of Business and across our campus, as well as key sustainability topics for businesses. This summit aims to continue to build productive relationships between those committed to sustainability in business while encouraging conversation between researchers, faculty, business professionals, students, and staff. Our Global Business Ambassadors (GBAs) are experienced in our many programs, enthusiastic about learning and participating in international business, and excited to share how the programs have and are benefitting them. Our GBAs are currently looking for UConn students interested in sustainability to join their committee. The goal of the Sustainability committee is to spread knowledge amongst students regarding all dimensions of sustainability, specifically focusing on corporate social responsibility, ethical business and the UN's sustainable development goals.
