Discussion on Gender-Based Violence Prevention & Intervention: In December, Rutgers Center for Research on Ending Violence, housed within the School of Social Work, and Rutgers Global hosted an on-campus discussion with ten Iraqi activists engaged in work related to gender-based violence who are part of the U.S. Department of State's International Leadership Visitor Program.

Senior Earns Churchill Scholarship, the First at Rutgers in a Decade: Senior Andrew Krapivin was named a Churchill Scholar, becoming the first Rutgers University-New Brunswick student in a decade to earn the award funding graduate study at the University of Cambridge in England.

Rutgers Professors Expand Collaboration between US and Israeli Scientists Seeking a Cure for Alzheimer's Disease: Two Rutgers professors, both leading Alzheimer's disease researchers, have partnered with Tel Aviv University and Hebrew University to organize the US-Israel Alzheimer’s Disease Conference in Tel Aviv, Israel.

Creating an International Hub and Talent Pipeline in Glass Science and Technology: Ashutosh Goel, a professor in the School of Engineering's (SoE) Department of Materials Science and Engineering (MSE) who also conducts research in Rutgers’ Corning Glass Science and Engineering Laboratory, has built a state-of-the-art lab and a growing network of national and international industry and academic collaborators.

Bring your laptop and come with questions! This session is for students who have completed the off-campus workshop in RGlobal and have questions about their OPT application materials.

Please note that this is for students who already have a basic understanding of the OPT process. Students are expected to have started the material review e-form in RGlobal before coming to this session.
