Spotlight on the 2022 Mandela Washington Fellowship for Young African Leaders at Rutgers: Fifty of the best and brightest young African leaders came to the Rutgers campus this summer for the first time in two years to participate in the Mandela Washington Fellowship program.

This 3-part webinar series has been developed by the University Climate Change Coalition (UC3), Second Nature and the Research and Independent Non-Governmental Organizations (RINGOs) constituency to provide anyone interested in the international climate negotiations with a comprehensive overview of the UNFCCC process, including policy questions and issues to be addressed in the upcoming COP 27 negotiations. Friendship Fridays are Back! Join us on Friday, 9/16/22 at 4:00 p.m., for "Speedfriending," 30 College Ave.

Friendship Fridays are open to all Rutgers students, both domestic and international, from 4:00-5:00pm. Each week there will be a different theme where attendees can enjoy games, activities, and conversation - all while making new friends from around the world.

Mental Health Workshop Series: International Student Challenges & Culture Shock, 9/26/22, 5:00 - 6:30 p.m., ISSS, 180 College Ave.

Join us for a free interactive workshop series with a CAPS counselor and Rutgers Global Staff to learn about ways to support yourself and your loved ones.

In collaboration of Counseling, Alcohol and Other Drug Assistance Program & Psychiatric Services (CAPS) and Rutgers Global- ISSS, we hope to raise awareness of mental health issues among international students.

Inclusion Summit: Holding Space for Change, 9/30/22, 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m., Livingston Student Center

Explore New York City, 10/14/22, 9:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., Depart from 30 College Ave.

Join Rutgers Global for a day in New York City! Explore Central Park, visit The Metropolitan Museum of Art or American Museum of Natural History, or just relax and take in the city sights.

The bus will depart Rutgers-New Brunswick at 9:30 am and leave Manhattan at 4:00 pm. Transportation between Rutgers and NYC will be provided by Rutgers Global but entry fees for any and all museums and attractions must be paid for by attendees.
