Facebook: “Beyond the streets and train stations, the spirit of omotenashi also shone brightly in the friendships I formed, particularly with the students from Ritsumeikan University. Despite their hectic schedules, these incredible individuals went out of their way to be my guides and companions. They not only suggested some amazing local spots that I wouldn't have found on my own but also enthusiastically accompanied me to places I'd spotted on social media! Their kindness and eagerness to share their culture further deepened my appreciation for Japanese hospitality. It was clear that this welcoming spirit wasn't just a surface-level trait, but was woven into the very fabric of their daily interactions with people.” (2/2)
