There are many resources throughout our SPH campus and broader BU community if you feel as though you need a safe space to process the results of the election and these days following. Please remember to take care of yourself and be safe. If you are not sure where to turn please reach out to me and I can help to direct you to a faculty member or an on campus service. There are many events happening on both the CRC campus and the Medical Campus providing forums to listen and engage in conversations about where we can go from here so keep an eye out for them over the next week.
