The Health Economics and Epidemiology Research Office (HE2RO) a collaboration between CGHD and the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg provides a base for the center’s research on the economics and epidemiology of HIV/AIDS and tuberculosis prevention, care, and treatment in South Africa. 

From HE2RO and NHLS:
This policy report summarizes recent analyses of the National Health Laboratory Service database that allow national-scale evaluation of progress in South Africa's HIV care and treatment program.
