Global Mission Sunday
Joining us on Global Mission Sunday are Ellen and Al Smith, PC(USA) mission co-workers based in Germany who also serve in Russia and Belarus. Ellen, the Regional Liaison for Eastern Europe, will speak at 9 and 11 a.m. worship. Al, the Outreach Facilitator for Minority Peoples in Russia, will speak about his work with the Roma and refugees during 10 a.m. A special offering will be taken during worship in support of our mission partner, Hope Baptist Church in Russia. Baskets on each table during brunch will be available to help cover costs of the meal.
Willard Lecture 2020: The Power of Boundless Compassion
Tickets are now on sale for Father Greg Boyle’s 2020 Willard Lecture. On Sunday, March 15, at 5 p.m. in the Sanctuary, Father Boyle will speak on The Power of Boundless Compassion . Tickets are $10. You’ll have an opportunity to get to know Father Boyle before he speaks during a congregational book read of Tattoos on the Heart , which concludes with a discussion February 20.  
Moving Ministry Helps Neighbors Get a New Start in the New Year
What better way to start the new year for our neighbors who have not had stable housing than moving into a permanent home with the help of First Presbyterian Church? Be part of FPC’s Moving Ministry on Saturday, January 11, at 9 a.m. at the Crisis Assistance Furniture Bank, 333 Dalton Road.
