Day 2 - The Union of World Family
Dear Family -
Yesterday we have started the Global Sadhana at Sat Nam Fest in the US with many wonderful people. Even if you were not physical here with us, we are all connected through the spirit and essence where we all come from. We want to encourage you to always hold this vision of world family and oneness between all of us through out the Sadhana. We are weaving a prayer of peace, gratitude and love around the world. Every time before you start the meditation close your eyes connect to all the people who are doing the Sadhana with you, recognize the shared human experience. Breath into this thought and sensation. Love to all , light to all, peace to all.

Ayer hemos iniciado el Sadhana Global en el Sat Nam Fest en los EE.UU. con mucha gente maravillosa. A�n usted no estaban f�sicamente aqu� con nosotros, todos siempre estamos conectados a trav�s del esp�ritu y la esencia de donde todos nacimos. Queremos recomendarlos y animarlos a mantener siempre esta visi�n de la unidad de la familia global entre todos nosotros durante todos los dias del Sadhana. Estamos tejiendo una oraci�n de paz, gratitud y amor en todo el mundo. To be grateful is to be great and to be full. Our teacher Yogi Bhajan said it best. Go through life in highest love. In highest gratitude. Unfold into the full expression of the word happy. Let's do it together!

Translation:
The dynamic, loving energy of the Infinite Source of All is dancing within my every cell, and is present in my every limb. My individual consciousness merges with the Universal consciousness.

Two meditations are featured in this Global Sadhana, each using the sacred mantra "Ang Sang Waheguru", and one being a wonderful option to do as a couples meditation or simply with a meditation partner.
For Single Practitioners:
Sit in easy pose with the finger tips of both hands lightly touching your heart center. Then chant the mantra while raising your right arm 60 degrees and back to the heart, then do the same with the left arm. Alternate between both arms. Eyes are closed. To end raise both arms, inhale, hold the breath, stretch out from your heart, exhale and relax.
Comments:
Focus on your heart center and the sense of gratitude (The arm movement is like sharing flowers from your heart. ) You are grateful to all the people in your life, you are grateful for yourself and all the things you have done and are doing.You are merging heaven and earth, you allow the infinite spirit to touch you , opening yourself into the divine flow of creativity from within your center.
For couples and partners:
Sit comfortably facing your partner. Hold each other's right hand. Place your left hadn on your partner's heart center. Look deeply into each other's eyes. Connect to the light in each other. Chant Ang Sang Wahe Guru together. Continue for 11 minutes. To end, inhale deeply. Hold the breath. Close your eyes and recognize that your partner represents the entire universe.
