Reminder: Applicant Task Pending

Dear Account, 

You are receiving this message because you have at least one applicant task pending submission. Please log in to your student account to complete them. All documents should be submitted in JPEG or PDF formats. The following documents are required at this time: 

• Updated copy of your university transcript (with English translation) 
• It can take time for universities to process this request, so prioritize ordering your transcripts as soon as possible! Transcripts must be official, but English translations can be unofficial.
• Medical Forms (2) 
• Personal Health History form: Please fill this out completely and accurately. It will help us provide you with the necessary care during the program. 
• U.S. Department of State Medical form: This needs to be completed by a physician, signed, and re-uploaded. E-signatures are accepted. Please be thorough with your immunization history, as host universities have strict immunization requirements. 
• Passport Copy 
• If you do not have a passport yet, apply for one now! If your passport expires before November 2026, you must renew it. 
• Terms and Conditions of Participation 
• Be sure to read this document, sign it, and upload the signature page. E-signatures are accepted. 

These forms can all be found in the Global UGRAD student portal (worldlearning-program.my.site.com/ugradstudent/s/login) in the “Applicant Tasks” tab. Note: this is the same portal you used to apply to the Global UGRAD Program. Please carefully read the instructional text on each page when completing the tasks. As a reminder for logging into the portal, you will need to use your username, which is your email address with .ugrad after it.  

Note: We do not need your FERPA Release, Dietary Restrictions, Consent & Release form, or forms labeled "By Request Only" now. We will let you know if/when these are due.

You can still upload documents to your account after April 21, but this may delay your placement at a U.S. host university.
