The GlobalMindED Inclusive Success Network had a strong year of growth, impact, and outcomes for students, faculty, partners, and sponsors.

We are grateful for the support, inclusive leadership, and financial contributions of our community and sponsors who work tirelessly to open doors for the students we serve, the institutions that support them, and the businesses and nonprofits committed to hiring a capable, competent talent pipeline. We remain focused on closing the opportunity gap so that all students and graduates have the social networks, financial know-how, and practical career guidance to navigate college, post-college, and early career success on their leadership journey.

2025 Highlights include:

Impact for Students:

• 935 people attended the 2025 GlobalMindED Denver event that gathered Colorado, national, and global leaders across all major industries and sectors. 205 students attended, meeting role models, mentors, and Exceptional Leader Award winners from 2025 and prior years
  
• 13 out of 15 of our 2025 Exceptional Leader Award winners participated in the summer conference to offer their wisdom to GlobalMindED students
  
• 79 colleges attended, bringing faculty, staff, and students
  
• 348 businesses and organizations attended, meeting students 
  
• 68 companies and partners were part of the Industry Marketplace Career Exploration Arena, sharing apprenticeships, internships, and jobs
  
• Sponsorship for 2025 Denver event increased by 18% over the prior year, enabling us to support additional student attendance 
  

Technology and Scaling GlobalMindED:

• Solidified the Technology Team to architect the future of scaling GlobalMindED with AI.
  
• Partnered with Our Media for the initial round of feedback on the GlobalMindED DemonstrateU Concept Plan with students, Gen Z, and college leaders
  

Partners Extending Career-Launching Experiences to GlobalMindED Students:

• Biennial of the Americas: Ten of our students visited Mexico City last February with leaders from the arts, media, and political communities
  
• FSUN (Foundation for the Support of the United Nations) and GlobalMindED held their 3rd Annual United Nations Event: 30 students and 24 universities were included in the invitation-only event with national and global leaders
  
• Global Livingston Institute: Partnered for Fellowship for 15 Colorado College Leaders in Rwanda and Uganda in August 2026—building Colorado’s future global leaders, celebrating Colorado’s 150th anniversary
  

GlobalMindED Emerging Leaders for Professionals/Grads Emerging Their Career:

• National thought-leaders Dani Bedoni, Jesse Carillo, and Cheri Reynolds manage our GMED Emerging Leaders with monthly professional development and content featuring Colorado and national experts
  
• Grew the EL leadership cabinet under President Angela Martinez to include Dr. Lori Marie Huertas, Vice President Strategic Partnerships and faculty at MSU Denver; Sam Ogah; Roddrick Marshall; and Chawtana Edwards.
  
• Planned the new Emerging Leaders Podcast, which will launch in January with monthly features for our students and young professionals, in addition to monthly Zoom sessions on professional development
  

Board and Leadership Updates:

• National Board revised bylaws with pro-bono contributions from Husch Blackwell Law Firm
  
• Established Governance Team led by former KPMG Executive and Board member, Blane Ruschak
  
• Established Fund-Raising Committee prioritizing operating budget, technology discovery and delivery, and the endowment for strong succession planning and growth in the decades ahead
  
• Launched the Colorado Legacy Leaders and expanded the Colorado Board, led by Tom Brinegar and Debra Wilcox
  
• Welcomed GlobalMindED Trustees: Joan Hornig, Ken Epps, and Janet Salazar
