"This youthful rosé Burgundy has stacks of nectarine and peach with just a touch of fresh cranberry aroma. Medium-bodied and properly dry it has spot-on balance of fruit and lively acidity with a touch of spice at the very straight finish. Made from all this producer’s young vineyards. Makes you wonder why other producers don’t do the same!

"An airy and very pretty red berry fruit nose gives way to nicely punchy and textured flavors that are wonderfully refreshing. This reminded me quite a bit of a rosé Champagne without the bubbles!"

Winemaking

Average vine age 30 years old. After meticulous triage, grapes are pressed with only one hour of skin contact to give the rosé its pink hue. Fermentation and aging occur in vats. It is bottled after eight months in order to preserve aromas.
