Yom Kippur
an easy and meaningful fast
I would like to wish all those fasting, an easy and meaningful fast. Yom Kippur, which is the holiest day in the Jewish calendar, marks the culmination of the High Holidays and the Days of Repentance.  This holy day is marked by reflection, atonement, forgiveness and renewal, all values that we all can aspire to. May we be sealed in the Book of Life.
