Superior Industries is located in Southfield, MI and employs 8,000 employees. Superior is one of the first Workday to SuccessFactors transitions to ever occur in the SuccessFactors ecosystem.


Due to a variety of factors during the sales cycle and the client's legacy HRIS contract, the project team was working with an extremely narrow timeframe to deliver a massive scope. In a traditional project timeline the project team would have 35-40 weeks, but on this project the team was successful with only 19 weeks available. This in itself is remarkable given there were no delays throughout the project.


The project team received numerous compliments throughout the engagement from varying team members on the client side about the intuitiveness of the SuccessFactors platform and expertise of Veritas Prime consultants. The team in Mexico in the past did not feel included when Workday was implemented; however with Veritas Prime's methodology the team felt included and realized how valuable their input was! Veritas Prime was able to deliver a lot of technical object/interface wins - doing things that were not possible or not configured with the integrations set up in the legacy HRIS. These efforts are helping to reduce Superior's manual work in their HR, IT and Payroll teams to streamline organizational processes.
