Jan Layfield a lifetime friend …
We have had to say goodbye to our dear, beloved friend,
customer, and amazingly knowledgeable woman about skincare
and everything else in life! She was one of the first ladies to start
being a moderator on our old Delphi Forum. She also started
doing consultations when we first put those into our GoW rotation
for customer support.
She recently became a grandmother, and we are so happy she
was able to spend valuable time and shower him with enough
grandma love to last a lifetime. Jan and her husband have a
daughter, Jessalyn. She is lovely beyond words and I’m sure
searching for some semblance of normalcy. This must be so
challenging for them all.
How does one replace a mother’s love?
How does one replace the love of their spouse? You don’t, period.
Jan knows that her love, acceptance, spiritual, and nonjudgmental
personality traits are ingrained in every soul she ever met. Boy,
are we glad she stepped into our lives.
Jan, you are in our thoughts and prayers, and we know you are
walking among the angels who you have touched and who have
touched you through your lifetime. Thank you.
~ Markey, Jen and the GoW Team
A few months ago, Jan had texted me, but I had a new phone and
didn't know most numbers coming through. When I asked who
she was once again her gracious side appeared and she
apologized for texting me without saying who she was! We both
laughed and I will keep that text message with my saved ones
from family and friends who have passed forever. ~ Markey
Jan and I used to have chats about our kids, and home school
(something we shared in common) She had so much desire to learn skin care
and share that with our customers. Her help was so central to our forum working
as well as it did. I will miss our conversations and her light-hearted, compassionate ways.
Jan, you will be so missed. ~ Jen
