DIY Product Mixes

This week we are featuring some ideas on mixes you can do with our products to create amped up versions.

Pumpkin Papaya Fruit Mask + Perfect Pumpkin Exfo 15% Serum - If you are looking to exfoliate but want to amp things up a bit, try this combination!

Micellar Cleansing Dew (any formula based on your skin type + Cleansing Oil (any formula based on your skin type) - This is a nice combination to do when you're looking for something in between - like a creamy cleanser but without the emulsifying waxes. Especially helpful for dry, or acne prone skin!

Hydrating Serum + Carrier Oil - This is a great way to get moisture into your skin without the need for waxes or unecessary fillers. Take about 1/4 tsp of Hydrating Serum + 1-3 drops of Carrier Oil. Rub hands together & then pat into your skin! Spritz your skin first with a Hydrating Mist or Hydrosol for even more Hydration!

Our USPS Plea..

As everyone is well aware COVID-19 is affecting shipment delivery time!

We know you are very anxious about your goodies!

We want to ask for your patience with packages being delivered, both First Class and Priority as well as International shipments.

Most have been very understanding with us, but we have had a few not-so-understanding emails about this situation which breaks our hearts because we generally get orders out very quickly and this is not in our control. We wish that there would be understanding as the USPS does need our patience right now. COVID-19 has caused increased safety measures, and practices.

Our team is doing the very best they can to be as efficient as they can - with increased protocols for safety and sanitation - as well as getting your orders out the door as quickly as we possibly can.

Please know that packages are going to take a lot longer than they used to.

Shipping Transit Times
Due to this situation in the world with Covid-19 - we cannot guarantee shipping transit times.
Many of the post office and International Customs have new protocols in place that are slowing the shipping of packages. Please plan for additional shipping time. We have no additional information other than what is listed on tracking.

USA Orders
USPS First Class - 7 - 10 business days normally
(estimated time at the moment 14 - 21 days)
USPS Priority - 3 - 5 business days
(estimated time at the moment is 7 - 14 days)

International Orders
USPS First Class 2 - 6 weeks normally
(estimated time at the moment 6 -10 weeks)
USPS International Priority 7 -10 Business Days normally
(estimated time at the moment 10 - 14 Business Days)

A few notes on Shipping...
  • Please pick the right shipping option. If in doubt, pick the higher shipping option. This helps save time on our end getting your package to you. We have so many packages that could get out quicker if the right option is picked and we want to see you get your goodies! When there isn't enough shipping, we have to contact the customer and invoice them to pay the difference. Sometimes there is a long delay between hearing from the customer, or when the additional shipping is paid. This delays your package. We don't want your package to be delayed getting to you! :)
  • Please double check your shipping address. Even if you have ordered from us before. :) Especially check your address if you have moved! We can't reship packages at our cost due to incorrect addresses or old addresses.
  • Please note that the USPS is short staffed and having a lot of internal shake up.
Why we offer Samples of our Finished Products..
If you are considering the addition of a new product to your routine, we encourage you to first purchase the sample size before purchasing the full size. Skin compatibility will be solely at your discretion, therefore it's best to invest in the sample size to allow for possible skin sensitivities, allergic reactions, etc.

We cannot take product back if it doesn't work for you so we encourage samples! :)

Samples are considered the smallest size of any product. For example, of the 1 oz and 4 oz Hydrating Mists we offer, the 1 oz is the sample size, and since our serums are offered as either .25 oz or 1 oz, the .25 oz is the sample size. If you are unsure, please don't hesitate to contact us! :)
Samples are more time consuming and costly to put together, but we still try to keep the cost as low as we can on them so that you can sample before trying full sizes.
