Cheeses included are Cabot Clothbound Cheddar, a nutty, caramelly cows' milk cheese, Seal Cove Chevrotin, a bright and fruity aged goats' milk cheese, and Bayley Hazen Blue, a rich and fudgy cows' milk blue. Each order comes packed in a beautiful, re-useable wooden box.
