We are excited to launch a new brand for this program and want your help to celebrate our evolution!


We're making the rebrand announcement (plus a special surprise) Dec. 12, 12:30-1:30. We hope you can make it!

Course Spotlight: Explore ERCA

Gaining Skills and Making Connections

Explore class tour of Rural Med Fall 2024

Explore ERCA gives high school juniors and seniors in our region the opportunity to immerse themselves into the pathways identified by local business, community, and education leaders as high-skill, high-demand career areas in the regional economy.

The first six weeks are classroom oriented, followed by ten weeks of in field experience with business partners. This is a one semester course, available in both fall and spring.

Meet the Board: Jami Sidwell ERCF President


ERCF is proud to announce the election of Jami Sidwell as President of the Board of Directors in 2024. Jami brings extensive expertise in training development, organizational development, and change management to her leadership role, equipping her to guide ERCF into an exciting new chapter.


Professionally, Jami serves as an Organizational Effectiveness Consultant at A-dec, Inc., a medical equipment manufacturer based in Oregon. Previously, she held the position of Senior Technical Training Manager at Patterson Companies, Inc. Her career reflects a deep commitment to driving growth, adaptability, and excellence within organizations, skills that align seamlessly with ERCF’s mission and vision.


Jami’s experience positions her uniquely to help shape ERCF’s programs and operations as we expand our impact. Her ability to lead change and foster development will play a vital role in the continued growth of both ERCF and ERCA.


Jami is deeply passionate about ERCF’s mission, recognizing the power of teamwork in creating exploratory career opportunities for students. She is dedicated to helping students identify their passions and empowering them to pursue meaningful career paths.

Looking ahead, Jami is eager to partner with local schools, businesses and community members to enhance educational opportunities and create pathways to success for the community.


In her free time, Jami enjoys golfing, traveling, and cooking, reflecting her vibrant and well-rounded approach to both life and leadership.
