Missionaries to Nicaragua
This year has been a challenge for all churches around the world including Nicaragua. During the pandemic we have continued to hold services while observing safety protocols for COVID and serve our community. When the pandemic started Nelson received a message from the Lord, “Many will get infected, but no one will die.” When Nelson received this word from the Lord, he was a little scared to share it, but he did as the Lord asked. We give God all the glory that not one of our church members have passed from COVID.
Church members have shared with us that when they come to church, even when they are scared due to the pandemic, they are renewed, and their fear goes away. God transforms hearts.
The children enjoy Sunday school and learn about God and receive a meal. The music school and dance academy are going well, and the youth do an amazing job.
We praise the Lord for the 14 people who were recently baptized and shared their testimony of their new life in Christ.
We love you all and are grateful to our donors for your support and prayer for us in Nicaragua and the six Open Bible churches. Please pray for our pastors and other leaders here in Nicaragua and for the intense political situation here.
