The big day is finally here! After months of preparation, we are thrilled to finally show you all the great new work we've been collecting for the Affordable Art Fair Boston. We hope you'll come visit us in Booth E6 at the SoWa Power Station this weekend, starting Thursday, October 23 in the evening through the afternoon of Sunday, October 26. Make sure to check the fair schedule, as there are some special events you won't want to miss.
It is an honor to be showcasing 13FOREST alongside some of the best galleries in Boston, as well as an exciting roster of international galleries. This is the most ambitious project our small team has taken on, and we are particularly proud of the group of artists we have curated for the fair. One of the reasons we decided to show with the Affordable Art Fair Boston is that we believe their mission aligns with ours: to help people build collections of excellent art at reasonable prices. To that end, AAF curates an exhibition called Wonders Under $1,000, highlighting pieces from participating galleries that are priced at $1,000 or less.
We are excited to have CW Roelle's new painted wire sculpture An Escape #3 highlighted in the exhibition. If you're attending the fair, make sure to check out all of the other wonders!

Thank you to everyone who came out for the artist talk for our current exhibition Resting Place last weekend. We were honored to be able to include a special performance by cellist and composer Eden Rayz. Nicole Duennebier and Mike Ryczek discussed their inspirations and new processes they experimented with to make these paintings, and Rayz improvised on-the-spot responses to their work. It was a beautiful melding of art and music, and we were so fortunate to be able to include Rayz in this event.
We were also fortunate to have someone from Cohart, a platform we are partnering with for the Affordable Art Fair, come out to film the event and produce a short video, which you can watch here. Make sure to check out Cohart on Instagram.

To celebrate the season and our great effort participating in the Affordable Art Fair, we would like to invite you to a Halloween Party at the gallery on Thursday, October 30 from 6-8 pm.
