OREGON COMMUNITY PATHS GRANT OPPORTUNITY

ODOT has information and guidelines for their Oregon Community Paths Program and Grant Solicitation in 2022. This new grant program is dedicated to helping communities create and maintain connections through multi-use paths. The Oregon Department of Transportation will use monies from the state Multimodal Active Transportation fund and federal Transportation Alternatives Program fund for this program. The goal is to complement existing active transportation programs in communities across the state.

Oregon Community Paths, or OCP, will fund grants for project development, construction, reconstruction, major resurfacing, or other improvements of multiuse paths that improve access and safety for people walking and bicycling. The 2022 solicitation for projects will begin on August 1, 2022.

There will be solicitation webinars on April 14 and May 18. Registration is required, click here to register via email.

Pre-applications accepted August 1 - September 15.
Applications accepted November 1, 2022 - January 31, 2023
UPCOMING CONVERSATIONS WITH FUNDERS & PARTNERS
WITH OREGON DESTINATION DEVELOPMENT LEADERSHIP

Grantmakers are offering more than $5 million in funding for FY 2023. That is a big number and can be daunting to many. A free event is being offered virtually April 21 for the Oregon Coast from 11:30am to 2pm. This opportunity is designed to help you learn about funding programs available and get your questions asked and answered in a small group interactive setting.

The virtual 2022 'Conversations with Funders and Partners' series will include representatives from six funding organizations that will come together to host participants in 20-minute small group conversations to discuss grant opportunities.

Presenting organizations include the Oregon Cultural Trust, Travel Oregon, Oregon Humanities, Oregon Heritage, Oregon Arts Commission and the Miller Foundation.

NOTE: Capacity is limited, so early registration is encouraged.
