Gold Mine Trommel Refurb

Tega Australia Losugen recently completed the refurbishment of a Gold Mine Trommel with the Optiscreen solution.

The refurbishment was at our Jandakot facility, and the project included:

Dismantle of the existing panel infrastructure
Refurbishment of the Trommel
Installation of 50 x dams and 84 x Optiscreen panels
Bolt-through fixings
Delivery to Goldfields, WA.

CENTRAX

The CenTrax Tracking Roller Assembly features a replaceable three-roller system which is easy & cost effective to maintain.

Its tapered side rollers ensure minimal belt sway and two-bearing pivot system makes it perfectly suited for heavy duty conditions.

SPILLEX

The Spillex conveyor skirt can be adjusted to match belt profile to compensate for the gap created due to belt sagging.

The Innovative use of the serrated clamps restrict the upward movement of the block caused by the vibration of the belt.

Underflow Launder Wear Liner Design and Install

We recently designed and installed Tega Losugen Aggression Wear liners in an Underflow Launder for a major client in North West WA.

The Launder is 5 meters in diameter and weighs in at 10.2 tonnes. Installation on site will be handled by Losugen’s own field service crew.

Due to the complex shapes and sizes required, the liners were precision water cut and fitted at our Jandakot facility using our state-of-the-art OMAX MAXIEM 2040 Waterjet cutter.
